    MAMA TO BE SPA RITUAL

    A nurturing head-to-toe experience for expectant mums, designed to soothe, restore, and celebrate your pregnancy journey.

    Sink into comfort and let the world melt away as your feet are immersed in a nourishing coconut milk and rose petal soak — a gentle invitation to relax and reconnect. You’ll then be cocooned on a supportive treatment couch, complete with a water pillow that creates a floating sensation. Pure bliss.

    Your ritual begins with a luxurious Pinks Boutique Organic facial, tailored to enhance your natural pregnancy glow. A soothing Gua Sha massage helps to de-puff and brighten the skin, while warm, aromatic towels wrap you in a moment of indulgence.

    Next, drift into deep relaxation with a slow, rhythmic massage targeting areas of tension in your back, neck, shoulders, and scalp. A gentle (optional) tummy massage using pregnancy-safe aromatherapy oils nourishes stretched skin and encourages connection with baby. Light lymphatic techniques are used to ease swelling in the hands, arms, feet, and lower legs — leaving you feeling lighter and more balanced.

    This ritual is more than a treatment — it’s a celebration of motherhood, offering space to pause, breathe, and bond.

    DEEP SLEEP SPA RITUAL

    Your best night’s sleep begins here with this dreamy head-to-toe ritual.

    Tired feet are soothed in a warm Dead Sea salt foot soak infused with rose petals and lavender. Settle onto a cosy treatment couch as your pillow is spritzed with a calming bedtime mist and your legs rest on a gently heated water pillow for a floating sensation.

    A guided meditation slows the mind, while a roll-on blend of neroli, rose, and chamomile is massaged into pulse points on feet, wrists, and temples. Drift into a full body aromatherapy massage with relaxing lavender, grounding vetiver, and balancing rose.

    A Pinks Boutique Organic hot stones facial melts away tension, enhanced by warm steamy aromatherapy compresses. Finish with a Jade Gua Sha scalp massage to release any lingering stress.

    VOLCANIC HOT STONES MASSAGE

    An indulgent back, neck and shoulder massage using gently heated handpicked basalt stones sourced from volcanic riverbeds in Peru. The naturally shaped stones are bathed in warm nourishing oils and worked gently into the body. Allow the heat and gentle pressure of the massage to ease sore, tight and stressed muscles.

A nourishing blend of Organic shea butter, peppermint and geranium softens skin and awaken the senses, while rhythmic strokes and gentle pressure points invite a state of pure calm.     Beginning with a wonderfully relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage using warm oil. You will then be asked to turn over so any remaining tension can be eliminated from the neck, shoulders and scalp.

    Enter into a state of calm, peaceful bliss with this firm yet gentle scalp massage. Rhythmic movements and acupressure points are used to clear any remaining fatigue and tension away from your head and neck. The perfect addition to any treatment.

    If you have an e-voucher, you can book your treatment online and simply enter your voucher code at checkout to redeem it against the booking fee.

    If you would like to use a physical gift voucher to pay for your treatment please email jo@theselfcaresanctuary.net with the following information:

    • The date and time of your desired slot (please browse the online booking system for availability)
    • Which treatment/s and length of treatment (if applicable) you would like
    • A valid voucher number (expired vouchers are not accepted)

    Only when the above information has been received will your booking be confirmed.

    Our cancellation and rescheduling policies are applicable for all gift voucher bookings.

    For your appointment, we advise you to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that is easy to change out of and back into. For massage appointments you will typically be asked to undress down to underwear. You will be covered with a towel during the massage, with only the area being worked on exposed. Please note, your modesty will be protected at all times throughout your visit and you will always be made to feel comfortable by your therapist.

    Booking a treatment is easy! Simply browse through the website and select the treatment you desire, whether it’s a facial, massage, or spa ritual. Then, tap the ‘BOOK NOW’ button underneath your chosen treatment and select a convenient time slot to visit my welcoming treatment room in Wakefield.

    A non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the total cost of your treatment/s is required for all appointments. This is payable at the point of booking via the online booking system.

    We accept all major debit/credit cards, contactless payments, cash and bank transfers.

    You are welcome to choose your preferred payment method to settle your remaining balance on the day of your appointment.

    For appointment moves, your booking fee can only be moved ONCE and must be done so with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Multiple appointment moves are not allowed as it affects our scheduling and availability for other clients.

    If you no-show for a scheduled appointment you will be charged 100% of your appointment cost. The Self Care Sanctuary reserves the right to decline any person(s) from booking future appointments if the cancellation policy is not adhered to.
